Zenith has designed many plants for the customers all over the world. In 2012, an Indian customer contacted our company for a 150-200tph iron ore crushing plant. Here, we focus on the working process and flowchart of this plant and suitable crushers for India iron ore.
After communication, our engineer learned that the customer need three different sizes final products. And according to the capacity and the hardness of iron ore, our engineer designed a plant including jaw crusher, cone crusher and some auxiliary equipment such as vibrating feeder, vibrating screen and belt conveyor etc.
In this plant, the engineer suggest PE750*1060 jaw crusher as primary crushing equipment. The capacity range of this model is 130 to 260 tons per hour which is totally suitable for this plant. As for secondary crusher, the engineer suggest cone crusher S51" or HPC220. For hard materials like iron ore, basalt, granite etc. cone crusher is the ideal crusher.
The working process is: firstly, the iron ore will be transported to the hopper by a truck. And then the iron ore will be pulled slowly into the vibrating feeder, which can evenly and continuously feed the iron ore to the jaw crusher for primary crushing. After being crushed in the jaw crusher, the iron ore particles will be conveyed to the cone crusher for secondary and fine crushing. After this, the small particles will be transferred to the vibrating screen for separating and grading. The particles with required sizes will be conveyed to fixed area for end use while others will be sent back to cone crusher for re-crushing. This procedure will repeat until all the iron ore reach required sizes.
