The vibrating feeder is used to transfer the materials from hopper to receiving device evenly, periodically and continuously. In the crushing production line, vibration feeder can send materials to crusher evenly and continuously, at the same time, it also can screen materials roughly. It is widely used in the crushing and screening plant, in the field of metallurgy, coal mine, mineral separation building material, chemical industry, grinding, etc.

Vibrating Feeder Advantages And Benefits


    As necessary equipment, it can effectively control the feeding capacity to match with the capacity of the whole crushing plant. Vibrating feeder used in crushing production line has many advantages:

  • The vibrating motor working as the vibration source ensures the great impact of large-block materials and greatly lifts the feeding capacity
  • More wear-resistant parts, wear parts are worn to prevent the small material, the small material points out, to increase production.
  • Special trash rack design, adjustable clearance to prevent clogging material. Optional frequency conversion motor, adjust the frequency, thereby changing the output, easy to control the feeding amount, without frequent start the motor.

Vibrating Feeder Working Principle


Vibrating feeder is the use of a vibrator in the eccentric rotation of the centrifugal force, so that the sieve compartment, vibrators and other moving parts for mandatory continuous circular or approximately circular movement. Drive shaft driven by an electric motor through V-belt, and then from the drive shaft axis gear meshing passive, active and passive reverse rotation axes simultaneously, the groove body vibration, so that a continuous flow of material, the purpose of conveying material.
