S cone crusher is widely used in mines and quarries around the world and have earned a reputation for being tough and reliable. A complete set of s cone crusher consists of frame, hollow eccentric shaft, transmission device, bowl-shaped bearing, crushing cone, springs and lubricating system (hydraulic station) for discharge opening adjustment. Besides, Lordz spring cone crusher with lubricating system which make maintenance and commissioning become easy and time-saving, therefore, spring cone crusher "stop-working" time has been greatly reduced.

2*Cone and mantle plate

High manganese steel castings. Hydraulic lock device is convenient and reliable.

3*Drive shaft assembly

Drive shaft assembly is supported by the bronze shaft sleeve, and the entire assembly can be dismounted for convenience of maintenance.

4*Pushing hydraulic cylinder

Adoption of hydraulic adjusting device is convenient for regulation of discharge opening.

5*Bowl liner

High quality copper socket liner can bear high crushing load.

7*Cleaning hydraulic cylinder

Hydraulic cleaning device can remove the foreign body if non-crushable object is delivered into to the crusher.

8*Main shaft

Forged from hardened and tempered chrome molybdenum steel Particularly large diameters to suit heavy-duty application.

13*Pinion gear and bull gears
