LM Vertical Grinding Mill Application


The series ultrafine mill can be widely applied to calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, kaolin, bentonite, talc, mica, magnesite, illite, pyrophyllite, vermiculite, sepiolite, attapulgite, rectories, diatomaceous earth, heavy more than 100 kinds of grinding materials spar, gypsum, alunite, graphite, fluorite, phosphate rock, potassium ore pumice, etc.

LM Vertical Grinding Mill Working Principle


Motor drives millstone-device through reducer and the hot air comes into the machine from the air inlet. When the materials are fed to the centre grinding plate, they move to the edge of grinding plate under the action of centrifugal force. Then the material are grinded by the grinding rollers when they pass through the grinding zone. Crushed materials continue to move to the edge of the grinding plate until taken away by the airstream. The big ones fall down and the process of grinding continues. The qualified ones pass through the separator and are gathered by the collector.

  3. Safety and reliability: By grinding chamber without rolling , no screws, bearings and seals so there is no problem wearing , machine screw loosening and destruction there is no problem .
  4. Product fineness: Disposable product fineness can reach d97 * 5um.
  5. Environmental: Pulse dust collector and muffler used to reduce dust pollution and noise, to achieve national environmental standards , the surrounding environment has played a role in environmental protection .
